Clothe the naked: We bought and ate pizza with a homeless man, and with permission from our Branch President, we let him use the shower at the church and we gave him some new clothes. He was so much happier that he was before.
Feed the hungry: This morning, a guy on the street asked for money for food. I asked if he was hungry and he said yes. I told him my companion and I would go across the street to buy him food and he said okay. When we got back, however, the man was gone. We don't know where he went, but we left the food and water bottle there where he was sitting with a note that said "For whoever needs."
I know this email is shorter than usual, but I just want to bear my testimony to all of you that when we serve others, we are filled with so much joy! We are really able to feel Jesus Christ walking with us. I promise that He is walking with you. I know God knows each of us and our situations. He is aware of everything that is going on. If we trust him, everything will be okay!
